Let's see today's recipe
Today I will be showing you masala sweet corn and pepper sweet corn
Let's see what are the ingredients required for this recipe
Sweet Corn kernels - 2 cup
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Butter - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 ( or as you need)
Boil the sweet corn kernels first
Turn on the flame
And place a container over it
Pour the required water into it
Boil it in high flame
Water started boiling
Add 1/2 tsp salt or add as required
Put corn kernels in it
Cook it in medium flame for 2-3 minutes
Cover it with the lid
It's been 2 minutes
Turn off the flame
Remove the water completely and take it out into a plate
Like this
Take one cup of boiled corn kernels into a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 tsp butter or add as required
Add 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
And 1/2 tsp lime juice or add as needed
Mix everything very well
Pepper sweet corn is done now
Take it out into a bowl
Take the remaining or 1 cup boiled corn kernels into it
Add 1/2 tsp butter
Put red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
And lime juice - 1/ 2 tsp
Mix it well
It is done now
Get it into a serving bowl
Masala sweet corn and pepper sweet corns are ready now
Serve it immediately
It is very tasty too
