Corn kernels deep fried till crispy and then tossed in lip smacking spice powder. CRISPY CORN Ingredients 1 cup corn kernels, boiled with salt 2 tablespoons cornflour Oil for deep-frying ½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur) Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon dried parsley Method 1. Mix together corn kernels and cornflour in a bowl. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the corn kernels till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Transfer the fried corn kernels in another bowl. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, salt, lemon juice and parsley and mix well. 4. Serve immediately.
