Cheese Corn Dog
Shall we start cooking?
First I'll add dry yeast and sugar to a warm water
For the yeast I used one-time use 4g pack of yeast
Stir the sugar and yeast together well
Add salt to the flour and mix it, then add it to the yeast mixture till and mix till fully combine.
keep mixing until you have a sticky dough
It doesn't need any kneading, once the flour is mixed well, then you're done.
Now cover the dough with wet cloth and wait for it to double in size while keeping it in room temperature
Because the dough rise differently depending on the temperature, instead of a specific time, it's better to watch the dough until it doubles in size.
Now I'll start cutting the hotdog and cheese.
The hotdog should be similar in size for it to be pretty, don't you agree ^^ ~
Cut the cheeses in a size similar to the hotdog
Because it's a cheese hotdog I cut the cheese a little bit bigger
I had colby cheese at home so I used it too
Now put the hotdog and and cheese in a wooden stick
if you don't want the cheese and hot dog to tear up it's important to control you strength
and carefully place the cheese and hotdog in the middle of the wooden stick
If you place the cheese close to the outer side, it will tear-up and you won't be able to use it
so it's better to be careful while placing it
We will now preheat the oil to 170 degree
I used soybean oil
Now, we will cover the hotdog & cheese with the dough
If you see a gap you have to cover, otherwise the cheese will melt from there, so cover it all carefully with dough
Make sure to cover it all nicely with the same amount of dough so one side doesn't be different from the other
therefore, the cheese corn dog will cook beautifully without bumpy shape
now cover it with bread crumbs
and put it in the preheated oil
I made a mistake here, and put it in the oil before it reached 170 degree
For you, please make sure to put it in the oil after preheating it to 170 degree
From time to time flip it around with tong until it becomes brown
put the fried cheese corn dog on a cooling rack to drain them from oil
Finally cover it with sugar
and the cheese corn dog is complete
on top of it spreading mustard and ketchup will make it even more delicious, don't you agree?
I wanted to spreed it nicely, but it didn't go as I expected.. ummm
My husband is nagging next to me because I didn't spread them nicely, hehe
An oily hot dog goes along with carbonated drinks
I will have it with sugar free carbonated water

It was clearly written that it's a Mozzarella cheese in the market
I was taken aback because the cheese didn't stretch, I think I choose the wrong cheese
Next time I'll try string cheese, or pizza cheese
It's really delicious, it's a sweet and crispy hotdog
It's the taste that we'll know, dangerous taste
but the process of making it is a bit time consuming
If you're bothered, it'll be better to just buy one
